How long does the Desert Safari tour last?
The tour usually lasts 5 to 6 hours. Pick-up is in the afternoon around 3:00–3:30 PM, and drop-off is after dinner around 9:00–9:30 PM. Morning and overnight safaris have different timings.
What is included in the Desert Safari package?
Most packages include pick-up & drop-off, dune bashing in 4×4 vehicles, camel rides, sandboarding, live entertainment (Tanoura, fire & belly dance shows), BBQ buffet dinner, and unlimited soft drinks. Some packages may also offer VIP seating, quad biking, or henna painting.
Is the Desert Safari safe for children, elderly people, or pregnant women?
Yes, it is generally safe. However, dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or people with back/neck problems. They can skip dune bashing and enjoy other activities at the desert camp.
What should I wear and bring for the Desert Safari?
Wear: Comfortable light clothes in summer, a light jacket in winter. Sports shoes or sandals are ideal.
